The project showcased advanced concrete finishing methods, including hand-seeded tabby coquina shell aggregate that was later polished and sandblasted to achieve the desired exposed aggregate effect throughout the development.

The comprehensive scope included structures ranging from rectangular and uniform designs to abstract and oblong configurations with chamfered edges and recessed joints creating sophisticated paneled appearances.
